What are other payment options?
Self-pay and out of pocket options are available. Our services are $185-200 per session. If we are not in-network with your insurance, we will bill you at the time of service and provide you with a superbill for you to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider upon request.

What if I cannot afford services?
We do not believe that people should have to go without quality mental health care just because of insurance status or income. Fee adjusted services are available as needed upon request for those without healthcare or means to cover our full fee options.

Cancelation Policy/No-Show Policy
While we try to be understanding of our client’s unique situations and flexible with our clients, we do have a 24-hour cancelation or reschedule policy. If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled more 24 hours or more in advance, a $125 fee will be assessed to the client. If you do not show for an appointment outside of emergent situations, the same $125 fee applies.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to your therapist via the preferred contact method as soon as you are aware to make arrangements.
-
Session Length
Sessions typically last 53-55 minutes, with the last few minutes dedicated to reviewing session and scheduling the next appointment. In some acute situations, your session may run over the typical time to ensure proper care.

How Long Does Therapy Take?
We cannot predetermine how long your personal therapeutic journey will take. Some folx are with us for a brief amount of time before reducing frequency or moving on, while others may need more time with us to achieve their goals. Your timeline will be determined between your and your therapist based upon the goals you wish to achieve in your therapeutic work.
